In this topic clan requirements to be officially recognized as TT clans are listed, i've seen recently two new clans showing off to request a system but no official presentation has been shown (Clan RP, meaning of the name and so on), so am i missing something or these requirements no longer apply to new clans ? My goal isn't blaming these clans, do not get me wrong with that but i was interested in creating a new clan with all these requirements taken into account.

Your question is perfectly understandable. And even though I would gladly clear this up for you guys, I can't since tbh I'm a little bit confused myself. I am not aware of any changes in the clan rules, and seeing that we only made these rules a couple of weeks ago -and put a lot of thought and time into them- I wouldn't know why they should be changed again.
Neither can I answer the question as to why they weren't applicable to DD and W.P.

That said I can see how this caused some confusion. Hopefully someone will take note of this topic and clear this up, before it causes confusion for any clans yet to apply in the near future.

Ok now I will speak up since it involves My clan and a clan I used to be a part of and still good friends with the leader. It seems to me that you would be happy that new clans have come in and set up house to stay. But you making statements about our 2 clans is not aceptable in my book this is a very old game and the fact that it is still alive says somthing for not only this server but others that still have activity And remember that the admins have the final say here. Instead of complaining about our 2 clans why don't you focus on getting more players here and in time maybe rival discovery. I am not trying to upset anyone but it seems to me that yours and mine efforts can be applied for the good of this server not bashing each other.

Maybe you didn't carefully read my post m8, this is not adressed towards your clan but the fact is your clan is one of the first to show up after clan requirements have been applied, hence my question. No I read your post and yes we are new here as well as the DD. and maybe you might have a point but we are here and we are NOT going anywhere so you can accept the fact and go drink a beer again the admins have the final say here. So maybe it was not acording to the rules set down and maybe we got lucky and the next clans may not be so lucky but we are glad to be here. When our 2 clans came in we did what we have done on many other servers we anouced ourselves and we started to set up shop. And before you or anyone can say it yes the WP got a sysytem and a good one the DD got there system also and also a good one, That alone should make for some good and fresh RP.

Ok Guys

First of all you are all correct, we have not followed our own rules, apologies....

The WP and the DD are Very Welcome to the server, and yes because of an oversight on mostly my part, they jumped forward in the event of thing.. But as stated, what is done is done, and im not going to alter anything now..

This said, I will now take more care in making sure that rules are kept to. Please forgive my oversight, but in my defense, (and not and excuse) I have not been around due to personal commitments.

If anybody notices that the Admin Team or I have made a mistake, please do come forward and remind us, as you know there is a lot of work going on in the back ground so we can get the update out to you guys, and just sometimes we can overlook things...

So I ask that we let this one go for this time and pick up the pace in the future.. Any comments welcome....

My comment on this whole thing at this point is I can't speak for the DD but the Wolf Pack is here to stay.
And if for som reason we did get by the guidlines please forgive us.
But we are here to stay as we love this server I wont post on this anymore as Ragman has spoke on this issue.
We as a clan will abide by the server rules but beware ALL NON PIRATES you are a target muhahaha

Erm, no, i had already them in mind but i wasn't sure about the trial period and the way i would have to present everything.

He might, or he might not. In any case, it does not matter, and there is not much point in discussing what someone would or would not do in a hypothetical situation. You might find me harsh but I don't see the point in that.
The new 'clan rules and regulations' were put into place to ensure any new clan would put some thought and work in setting up and organizing their clan (and by that contributing to the RP both on the forum and in game), whereas some of them might not do so if these rules were not in place. From what I have seen, it is working very well as I have seen a couple of very interesting stories, and it even seems to inspire others as well.

I would like to add something. Although it is the job of the admins to see to it that everyone follows the rules as they are set out on the forum, and most people tend to point fingers to them rather than to themselves, it is in the first place the responsibility of every player and every clan (leader) to make sure they (and all the clan members) are informed of the rules at all times. When new players join the server, it is important they read the rules; both the Server/RP and the Clan rules. We see too many players who clearly have not read any of them. In this particular case, the situation would not have occurred, would the clan leaders have read the clan rules properly.
We all slip up some times, or overlook things. This is not the end of the world, certainly not when the error is recognized as gracefully as they are done here. Nevertheless I think it would be beneficial to all of us if we all take note of this minor slip up, so we will be better able to prevent such confusion in the future.

I again welcome both new clans to TT and wish them great RP and a hellufa lot of fun here. See you in the black.
